Customer Service Rep / Administrative Assistant

We are an Electric/HVAC company seeking a Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, schedule and direct customer concerns to the correct individual/department.
• Provide information about the services we provide.
• Resolve concerns and build rapport with customers.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Office organization and upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work additional shifts, if needed.
• Positive, upbeat and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Programs.
