Wash Rack Attendant

A South Florida Caterpillar dealer is seeking a Wash Rack Attendant to join our Service Department in Fort Pierce. This position is responsible for washing equipment, maintaining the wash rack and surrounding work areas, and performing routine wash rack inspections and maintenance to support a safe and efficient operation. No experience needed all training we be provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly wash rack inspections and maintenance.
• Keep wash rack, loading areas, and workstations clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Operate wash rack equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all environmental, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical work.
• Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and other protective equipment as required.
