HCT is seeking an Interim Assistant Nurse Manager of PCU/Telemetry for a 300+ bed hospital in California.
Responsibliites include:
- Provide leadership and oversight for the 24-hour operation of the PCU/Telemetry units.
- Support quality patient care and an optimal practice environment.
- Oversee staffing, planning, organization, fiscal management, and daily unit operations.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, programs, and standards of care.
- Promote proactive, collaborative relationships across hospital departments and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure patients' nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing;Required
- Experience:Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of management experience; Required
- License: Current CA RN license; Required
- Certifications: AHA BLS; Required
- EMR: Epic Expereince; Required
