A day in the life
You start your morning reviewing overnight tickets and planned installs. With tools loaded and parts inventoried in your company vehicle, you head to a customer site to set a new washer-extractor, complete electrical and water connections, and run a full start-up. You diagnose a minor control issue on a second unit, explain the fix to the client, and document the work before lunch. In the afternoon, you respond to an urgent maintenance request from the Service Manager, troubleshoot a singlephase power fault, order a replacement component, and note every step in your report so the team and customer stay aligned.
