  • Communicate inventory status, issues, and recommendations clearly and confidently to management and team members.
  • Support kitting, part pulling, picking, and warehouse inventory activities to ensure production and order fulfillment requirements are met.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner (if certified and as needed).

Essential Skills

  • Hands-on experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse inventory management.
  • Experience moving, lifting, and rearranging heavy equipment or parts, including the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to work within ERP systems and perform accurate data entry.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving, picking, part pulling, and kitting in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Professionalism, positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership in daily responsibilities.
  • Go-getter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within ambiguity and adapt to change.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to follow quality standards and work closely with quality control to ensure material compliance.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, high-velocity environment supporting critical missions and production timelines.

  • Experience working in the early stages of a start-up company or fast-growing organization.
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining detailed documentation related to inventory transactions.
  • Comfort working with industrial manufacturing and warehousing processes.
  • Background working alongside or within military-influenced cultures is a plus but not required.
