About the Role:

As a Delivery Driver for Domino's Pizza, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and in excellent condition. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service by delivering pizzas and other menu items efficiently and courteously. This position requires navigating local routes safely while managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules. You will also represent Domino's brand positively in the community, maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the store.

Pay: Up to $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Physical ability to carry orders and navigate stairs or other obstacles as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with the Whitewater, WI area and local traffic patterns.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to use GPS or mobile navigation apps effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport orders from the store to customers' locations within the designated delivery area.
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the store to ensure customers receive the correct items.
• Handle cash and electronic payments securely and provide accurate change when necessary.
• Maintain communication with store staff and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and Domino's safety policies to ensure personal and public safety during deliveries.
• Assist with store duties such as order preparation, cleaning, and inventory management when not delivering.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing any customer concerns or questions during delivery.
