We're looking for dependable CDL Class B drivers with Air Brakes to join our team in Kiel, WI! If you enjoy hands-on work, working independently, and earning great pay, this could be the opportunity for you. New CDL graduates are welcome to apply!
What You'll Do
- Operate front-discharge concrete mixer trucks to residential and commercial job sites.
- Deliver and pour concrete safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and front-end loaders as needed.
- Assist with plant operations, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- Perform physical tasks, including shoveling and handling chutes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Schedule & Pay- $28.50–$34.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Monday–Friday, typically starting between 5–7 AM.
- Every other Saturday during the May–October busy season.
- Frequent overtime opportunities during peak season.
- Additional incentive and bonus opportunities.
Requirements- Valid CDL Class B with Air Brakes.
- Current DOT medical card and clean MVR.
- Ability to pass a physical fitness and lifting test.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
- Heavy equipment experience preferred.
