Communication & Reception:Answer phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing emails, scheduling

• Calendaring:Manage executive or team calendars, schedule appointments for quotes or repairs
• Document & Data Management:Prepare quotes & invoices, and maintain organized
• Financial & Administrative Support: assist with basic bookkeeping, and help with special projects or data entry.
