Manufacturing Operations Supervisor (OEE/Lean)
Location: Florence, KY
A day in the life
Your shift begins with a safety huddle on a 24/7 production floor that runs in 12-hour rotations. You review overnight performancesafety, quality, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and operator productivitythen position people, materials, and machines to meet the day’s targets while preserving the highest standards of food safety and GMP.
As you walk the lines, you coach Adjusters/Supervisors, verify staffing, and confirm that training plans are in motion. A brief slowdown triggers your problem-solving instinct: you dig into downtime data, apply deductive reasoning to pinpoint the root cause of a process hiccup, and coordinate corrective actions that get production back on pace. Before shift end, you validate that all production reporting is complete and accurate, quality checks meet customer expectations, and the schedule is met using resources wisely.
