Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Drive sales performance by developing strategies to increase insurance sales and market penetration.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff, enhancing their skills in retail sales and customer service.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Experience

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is essential.
  • Strong background in retail sales is preferred, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions is highly valued.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Strong communication skills are crucial; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus that can significantly benefit client interactions.
