Production Associate – Level 1

Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm

About the Job:
Entry-level position assisting in production and assembly of various product lines. Candidates will be cross-trained in multiple areas and evaluated for advancement opportunities to Level 2 or Level 3 after hire-on.
Requirements:
- Musthavesteel-toe bootsor shoes(all other PPE provided)
- Mustpassdrug testandbackground check
- NOFELONIES;misdemeanors reviewed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform multiple production and assembly tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Meet daily production goals
- Assist with material flow to workstations
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically capable ofoccasionallylifting up to 50lbsand performing active, hands-on work
