Looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing company? TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a client in Johns Creek, GA. This role goes beyond traditional customer service and focuses on building strong relationships with distributor partners while ensuring accurate order processing and exceptional support.

Location: Johns Creek, GA | Fully On-Site

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $22/ Hour

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems

• Support distributor partners through phone and email communication

• Manage customer-specific order requirements and ensure compliance with established procedures

• Research and resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience

• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

• Experience handling customer service calls in a professional environment

• Computer-based order entry experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and take initiative

• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

• Stable work history and ability to commute to Johns Creek, GA

• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
