General Construction Laborer

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 40+ hours per week
Start Date: Thursday, October 15, 2026
Duration: Several weeks, with potential for a full-time apprenticeship

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable General Construction Laborer to assist with small fireplace installation projects in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is a short-term opportunity for someone willing to work hard, follow directions, and assist with general jobsite tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with general jobsite setup and cleanup
• Hauling and moving construction materials
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting the crew with additional general labor duties as needed

Requirements

• Must speak and understand English
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to perform physical labor
• Must be able to safely lift and move materials as needed

Additional Opportunity: Candidates who demonstrate excellent work ethic and reliability may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time apprenticeship.
