Project Engineer (Entry Level)

A well-established manufacturer is growing its newly launched equipment division and needs a Project Engineer to support it. This role is a great fit for a recent engineering grad or someone with a few years of experience who wants hands-on work and real ownership early in their career.
What You'll Do
- Support equipment projects from concept through design, build, and launch.
- Create and revise 3D models, assemblies, and drawings in SolidWorks.
- Work with production, purchasing, and sales to keep projects on schedule.
- Help troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues and drive improvements.
- Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and change records.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience. New grads, co-ops, and internship experience are welcome.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfort splitting time between the office and the shop floor.
