Seeking a Staff and Project Engineers to support municipal infrastructure projects in Milford, PA, or New Windsor, NY. Full time, in office positions.
About the Role
A multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm specializing in civil and municipal engineering, structural engineering, planning, construction administration, and observation is seeking Civil Engineers to support its municipal projects.
Responsibilities
Perform technical design and project management for public works infrastructure projects.
Prepare technical design reports and SWPPP reports.
Develop process designs for water and wastewater treatment.
Design stormwater management systems and roadways.
Prepare erosion and sedimentation control plans.
Develop construction details and specifications.
Communicate with clients and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
Staff Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
1 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is a plus.
Project Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
5+ years of related technical experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York is a plus.
Additional Requirements
Strong technical writing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits & Compensation
Staff Engineer: $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
Project Engineer: $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
