We are seeking an experienced AI Application & Cloud Operations Engineer to support the operation, performance, stability, and security of enterprise AI applications running on cloud platforms and AWS Bedrock. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Linux administration, Python scripting, Docker, databases, AWS services, and cloud networking, with proven skills in production troubleshooting, incident response, and system optimization.

Position Summary:

  • Support the operation, performance, stability, and security of enterprise AI applications running on the Cloud Platform and AWS Bedrock
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Linux, Python, Docker, database, networking, and AWS environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor AI applications, Linux servers, Docker containers, and cloud environments
  • Support Python-based applications and APIs using Flask/FastAPI, Uvicorn, and Gunicorn
  • Manage databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Redis, and Meilisearch
  • Support AWS Bedrock (Claude), external AI services, and cloud/network integrations
  • Manage RHEL/Ubuntu VMs and secure connectivity using VPN, PrivateLink, and VPC Endpoints
  • Monitor system performance and security using CloudWatch and CloudTrail
  • Develop Python/Bash scripts for deployment, monitoring, backup, and recovery
  • Support CI/CD deployments and perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5–9 years of experience in application, system, or cloud operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) administration and production troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting; JavaScript/Node.js is a plus
  • Experience with Docker, NGINX, Flask/FastAPI, Uvicorn, or Gunicorn
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
  • Experience with AWS services, preferably Bedrock, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and VPC networking
  • Understanding of REST APIs, networking, VPN, PrivateLink, and VPC Endpoints
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LLM/GenAI or RAG-based applications
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Claude
  • Experience with Redis, pgvector, Meilisearch, MCP, or AI agents
  • Kubernetes or container orchestration experience
  • Experience with Prometheus/Grafana or ELK Stack
  • AWS certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer) is a plus
