Remote or In-Clinic BCBA

The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment programs; conducting appropriate behavioral assessments and reassessments; developing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans; analyzing patient data and modifying treatment based on progress; providing protocol modification and clinical oversight; supervising, observing, training, and providing feedback to RBTs; conducting caregiver training and supporting generalization of skills; maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation; collaborating with Speech and Occupational Therapy when appropriate; participating in interdisciplinary case discussions; maintaining treatment integrity and clinical quality; communicating professionally with families and colleagues; and ensuring services remain consistent with applicable BACB ethical requirements, professional standards, payer requirements, and Georgia requirements.
