Customer Service Representative

A business in Mount Orab, OH is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable using computers, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Seasonal Position with potential for long-term opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Take customer payments over the phone
• Process and print customer pick-ups
• Assist customers with questions and general account needs
• Use computer systems to accurately enter and retrieve information

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Banking or financial industry experience is a plus!
• Comfortable working with computers
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Experience with Ignite Software is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, other utilities, and team members

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:00p, 40 hours a week.Flexible scheduling may be available for qualified candidates who need an adjusted schedule due to childcare or other scheduling needs.

Pay for this position is $15.00-$16.00/hour.
