Warehouse Fulfillment & Inventory Control Manager

Based near Beaumont, TX, EHC needs an Operations Manager who can synchronize inbound, inventory, and outbound processessafely and at scale. You’ll thrive using Microsoft Office and in-house systems to guide a fast-moving team that ships thousands of orders each year.

• Can you supervise end-to-end warehouse activityQA, inventory control, space planning, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer servicewithout missing a beat?
• Will you build schedules that meet fulfillment demand while minimizing overtime and maintaining quality output?
• Do you keep equipment, tools, and machinery inspection-ready and coordinate maintenance before issues impact service?

• 3+ years of operations management with hourly teams.
• Read/interpret industry specs, charts, and tables.
• High school diploma required; BA preferred.
• Proven problem-solver and people leader.
• Direct, frequent feedbackwritten and verbalcomes naturally.
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Customer service mindset and excellent communication.
• PVF experience (3+ years) preferred.
