What You'll Do
As a member of our leadership team, you'll learn to:
- Lead and support a high-performing restaurant team
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Maintain quality, consistency, and execution standards
- Coordinate food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences and customer satisfaction
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Support staffing, scheduling, and daily operations
- Handle customer concerns and team conflicts professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Learn key management responsibilities including labor, inventory, and shift leadership
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership potential and a desire to grow
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
- Interest in restaurant operations, food service, and hospitality management
- Availability to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and some late-night shifts
