ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017, and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I've spent 13 years in the insurance industry, but my career actually began as a high school English teacher. After making the transition into insurance, I started as a State Farm team member where I worked for an agent for three years before moving to Tyler and opening an agency of my own. Outside of work, I'm blessed with my wonderful wife, Sarah, and our three children, Lela, Ben, and Miles. We love spending time together playing sports, enjoying games, and exploring local events and restaurants around Tyler.
Being involved in the Tyler community is something I'm incredibly passionate about. I currently serve as president of the Tyler Referral Network, where I enjoy connecting with and promoting local businesses and business owners. I've also volunteered with Meals on Wheels for the past eight years and am proud to support organizations like PAVE East Texas, Therapet, and Carter BloodCare. Giving back and building meaningful relationships throughout our community are important parts of who I am.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a customer service representative with Taylor Berumen State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
