Store Manager

FavTrip is a locally owned convenience store and fuel station, open 24/7. We're hiring a hands-on Store Manager to run our Independence store day to day (10507 E 23rd St S, Independence, MO).

What you'll do

- Lead and schedule a team of cashiers and shift leads

- Hire, train and coach new staff

- Keep the store clean, stocked and guest-ready

- Place vendor orders and check deliveries against invoices

- Count cash and tobacco, and control shrink

- Run food safety and the hot food program

- Report weekly numbers to the owner

What you bring

- 1+ year leading a team in retail, convenience or food service

- Reliable, honest, calm under pressure

- Comfortable with a POS system and basic numbers

- Available for some nights and weekends

- Must be 21+ (tobacco and alcohol sales)
