Qualifications of Concrete Manufacturing Machine Operator:
- 5+ Years of Concrete Block Machine Operating experience preferred
- Concrete MFG or Industrial MFG Machine Operation experience required
- Willing to Join required
- Experience operating Besser V312 Block Machines preferred

Responsibilities of Concrete Manufacturing Machine Operator:
- This role involves operating and working around concrete block manufacturing equipment, checking product quality, and troubleshooting issues as part of a four-person plant crew
- Duties include machine and mix adjustments, forklift operation, routine maintenance, cleanup, production reports, and occasional lifting or moving of up to 100 pounds
- Ensure all safety requirements are maintained while setting up, running and maintaining the machinery and equipment
