Your day at Didion
You clock in, review the handoff, and bring the packaging and bulk load-out lines up to speed. Throughout the shift, you keep product moving safely and efficientlywatching gauges and HMIs, making quick mechanical adjustments, and staying a step ahead of issues before they affect production. You hop on a forklift to stage materials, load or unload trailers, and support warehouse flow. Between runs, you lead deep cleaning and sanitation. Along the way, you capture accurate shipment and production data, complete quality checks and samples, and partner with maintenance and operations to boost reliability. You finish the day knowing you kept equipment humming and customers supplied.
