Moulder Operator

If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results, this role offers the opportunity to build your skills. As a Moulder Operator, you'll set up, operate, and inspect moulders, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Salary: $21.55 - $34.92 per hour, starting wage varies based on your experience

• Up to $1 pay increase at 90 days if meeting or exceeding expectations

Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $1000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates who are joining our team within the months of November or December 2026. *Bonuses will be paid in 30/90/180-day installments!

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 2:30 pm, Friday, 6:00 am - 10:00 am, if needed

What Success Looks Like:

• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Monitors product to ensure that quality standards are being met.
• Set-Up, operate, and verify work on assigned moulder.
• Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to the position.
• Keeps the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
• Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of related machine operating experience required (wood fabrication or surfacing/sanding, CNC, moulder operation or programming)
• Must be mechanically inclined and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
• Some travel may be required for training (within 2 hour drive of the Mounds View plant).
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.
