Route Sales & Service Representative

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Route Sales & Service Representative/Technicianto join a growing Washer Service Team in Waco, TX. In this role, youll be running your own route to service and maintain commercial washing machines in restaurants. This is a great opportunity for someone who isnt afraid to put in the effort and is looking to build a long-term career with growth potential. The ideal candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a technician role with significant earning potential.

• Servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial washing machines

• Loading, unloading, and moving equipment and tools

• Hands-on technical skills from experienced team members

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

• Supporting delivery, installation, and general field operations

• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the trade

• 34+years of technician experience

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and troubleshooting equipment

• Valid drivers license with a clean MVR (no pending tickets)

• Ability to pass a clean background check

• Bilingual candidates encouraged

• CDL Class A/B/C is a strong plus (waives testing requirement for CDL C)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Comfortable working in restaurant environments

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Starting pay of $26.44/hour
• Yearly 55k + comission - Candidates typically make 60k-70k on their first year

• Most first-year employees earn $60,000$80,000

• CDL License C will be provided/paid for. Study materials will be provided. Must take the test within 6-8 months of starting
