Be the steady hand that keeps our operations moving
Picture the start of your shift: you walk the floor, check critical assets, listen for the faint hum that says a bearing is right and the quick click that says it isn’t. You catch small issues before they become downtime, coach operators through a smooth changeover, and dive into a stubborn fault armed with diagrams, meters, and a methodical plan. By day’s end, you’ve installed a component upgrade, completed your PM route, documented findings, and helped drive a root-cause fix that will prevent the next failure.
