The Maintenance Engineering is responsible for completing preventative maintenance tasks throughout the hotel.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
- Perform preventive maintenance in guestrooms, following task checklists provided by the property.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment. Including but not limited to guestrooms, corridors, meeting space, restrooms, public space and building exterior.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment. Clean coils, replace drive belts and air filters.
- Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment, refrigerators, ovens, fryers, and ice machines.
- Perform routine maintenance on commercial laundry equipment.
- Respond to guest calls and work orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- HS Diploma or equivalent, schooling in a trade school is a plus.
