• Develop and implement innovative programs to promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being

• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (n/a)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Worker (n/a)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
