Pay & Schedule

• Hourly range: $14.50–$19.00/hr. (role-specific; discussed in interview)
• Shift differential: +$1.50/hr. for 2nd and 3rd shift
• Typical schedule: Monday–Saturday
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–Midnight

What You’ll Do

• Follow all safety and security procedures in a cold manufacturing environment
• Stay active on your feet for extended periods; bend and twist as needed
• Lift 25–35 lbs. routinely; up to 50 lbs. on occasion
• Be available for overtime and weekend work when needed

• Team-first attitude and reliability
• Comfort working in cold conditions
• Pre-employment drug testing required
