Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Cape May Courthouse, NJ.

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Support a low-functioning, wheelchair bound adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• Experience preferred

• Driving required

• Complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Schedule: 2-3 days a week after 3:30
Pay: $17-$21/hour
Location: Cape May Courthouse, NJ
Driving on shift: Required
