Job Description

Robert Half is looking for a Visual Asset Manager to lead the development of a scalable material and color library that supports high-quality marketing visuals across teams and partners. This Contract position will focus on establishing consistent digital asset standards that can be used for renderings, animations, and related visual content. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Adobe Substance 3D and understands how to build assets that function effectively across multiple creative platforms, including Cinema 4D.

Responsibilities:

• Design and organize a digital material and color library that enables external creative partners to produce accurate visual assets for marketing use.

• Create approximately 30 reusable material assets, including shared foundational materials with multiple texture and finish variations.

• Develop assets primarily in Adobe Substance 3D to support compatibility across different rendering environments.

• Ensure materials are prepared for effective use in Cinema 4D and aligned with broader visual production needs.

• Define standards for material consistency, naming conventions, and file organization to improve usability and long-term maintenance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to understand visual requirements and translate them into production-ready asset libraries.

• Review asset quality and make refinements to achieve realistic appearance, consistency, and brand alignment across deliverables.

• 3+ years of experience working with digital material libraries, visual asset creation, or related 3D design workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Substance 3D and practical experience creating reusable materials for rendering applications.
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D and an understanding of cross-platform asset usage.
• Ability to build structured libraries that support consistent output across multiple users and external partners.
• Familiarity with material development, texture variation, and realistic surface creation for product visualization.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and related tools to support documentation or asset sharing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, file organization skills, and the ability to work independently in a Contract role.
