Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Supervise and support team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and ordering supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with Uno brand standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols

- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

- Collaborate with management to meet operational goals and improve overall performance

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred

- Strong leadership and team supervision skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes

- Flexibility to work Wednesday evenings, Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings
