We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Part-Time Associate Dentist who values clinical excellence, patient education, and comprehensive dentistry.

• Guaranteed daily minimum of $800–$1,000, based on experience and qualifications.

• Perform comprehensive and limited dental examinations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning.

• Provide high-quality general and restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.

• Utilize CEREC technology and digital workflows for restorative procedures.

• Review and interpret diagnostic radiographs and CBCT scans as clinically appropriate.

• Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and oral-systemic health.

• Incorporate evidence-informed holistic and biological dentistry principles into patient care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental.

• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care.

• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate.

• Maintain high standards of clinical safety, infection control, and patient comfort.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

• Current, unrestricted Texas dental license.

• Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage.

• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.

• Strong proficiency in restorative dentistry, diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment planning.

• Experience with CEREC, digital dentistry, and extractions preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Interest in holistic, biological, and minimally invasive dentistry.

• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and continuing education.

Previous biological dentistry experience is preferred but not required. Training and opportunities to expand knowledge of our specialized protocols are available.
