Process Machine Operator – All Shifts

We’re seeking Process Machine Operators with at least 6 months of manufacturing or machine operating experience who are ready to grow with an established and expanding operation.
With openings on all three shifts and additional pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts, this is an opportunity to put your experience to work and take the next step in your manufacturing career.
Pay Rates & Shifts
- 1st Shift: $21.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: $23.10 per hour includes a 10% shift differential
- 3rd Shift: $24.15 per hour includes a 15% shift differential
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production or process machinery to support daily manufacturing operations.
- Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
- Identify and report equipment issues or process irregularities.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow company safety standards.
- Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain consistent quality.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Dependability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work the assigned shift.
