Join Express Employment Professionals as a MultiSite Building Maintenance Technician
We’re hiring on behalf of multiple clients who manage a diverse mix of hotels and residential communities. If you like variety, independence, and seeing the impact of your work across different properties, this role is for you.
A day in the life
You’ll start your morning reviewing work orders, then head to the day’s first siteperhaps a hotel lobby in Shadyside for drywall touchupsbefore driving to a residence in Castle Shannon to repair a leaky trap and replace a light switch. In the afternoon, you might be in Oakland repainting a unit for turn, then on to Greentree to adjust a door and replace a fixture. You’ll close out your day by documenting completed work so the next request is already teed up for success.
Where you’ll work
Properties are located across: Pitcairn, Whitehall, Hazelwood, Duquesne, Greentree, Oakland, Castle Shannon, Shadyside.
Schedule & pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Starting pay: $20+/hour (commensurate with experience)
What you’ll handle
- General maintenance and repair work across multiple sites
- Painting, drywall repairs, basic plumbing, and basic electrical tasks
- Troubleshooting and fixing minor issues in units and shared spaces
- Repairing walls, doors, hardware, fixtures, and other building elements
- Cosmetic touchups to keep properties guest and residentready
- Responding to maintenance requests and closing out work orders
- Driving between properties as priorities shift
- Staying organized and productive while working independently
What you bring
- Handson experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical
- Wellrounded general maintenance aptitude
- Selfdirection and strong time management
- Reliable, consistent followthrough
- Ability to travel among sites
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
