Paper Cutter / Bindery Operator

We’re looking for two dependable Paper Cutter / Bindery Operators to join our production team. Your primary responsibility will be setting up and operating paper cutting equipment, with additional folding, stitching, and other bindery work as needed.

Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who is eager to learn and takes pride in accurate, quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate paper cutting equipment to meet job specifications.
• Check measurements, alignment, and finished cuts for accuracy.
• Operate folders, stitchers, and other bindery equipment as needed.
• Monitor production, make adjustments, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Inspect finished materials for quality and consistency.
• Perform basic equipment upkeep and report maintenance needs.
• Work with the production team to meet deadlines.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized and follow safety procedures.

What You’ll Bring

• Paper cutting, bindery, or machine operating experience is a plus, but not requiredwe will train the right person.
• Willingness to learn how to operate cutting and bindery equipment safely.
• Ability to follow job instructions and take accurate measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Dependability and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a drug screening and background check, consistent with applicable law.

Schedule

We’re hiring for two separate full-time positions, each with a set, eight-hour shift:

• Day shift one opening: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Night shift one opening: Sunday–Thursday nights, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM the following morning. The final shift of the week ends Friday morning.
