Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Spring Mill Health Campus is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team and help residents improve their strength, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation services

• Monitor residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate residents, families, and team members on treatment goals and safety

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Follow all professional, facility, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
