Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in quality and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Conduct time studies and process simulations to optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Support the introduction of new products by providing engineering input during the design phase.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing activities.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
