Accountant

Accountant – Hybrid (Heber City, UT) – Starting at $75,000/year

Sila Healthcare is looking for an Accountant who wants more than a seat behind a spreadsheet. The role starts with a heavy accounts payable workload, and it’s built for someone who wants to grow from there into the full accounting function. What You’ll Do

• Own the full AP cycle: invoice entry, GL coding, and processing payments accurately and on time

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepaid schedules

• Perform bank reconciliations and support balance sheet account reconciliations

• Contribute to the month-end close process

• Keep vendor records and AP documentation clean and audit-ready

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience

• Hands-on experience with GL accounts, journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, prepaids, balance sheets, and month-end close

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with high-volume AP processing

• A growth mindset and willingness to take on new responsibilities

• Bonus: Experience with Sage and/or Ramp
