LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Carlsbad, CA, offering a hybrid work schedule. The successful candidate will communicate professionally with customers, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure questions and concerns are addressed promptly. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and professional assistance
- Research and resolve customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex matters when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and document interactions in internal system
- Process customer requests, orders, service changes, and related administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate resolutions and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting productivity, quality, and response-time expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
