Insurance Payment Posting Specialist

ProMD, a leading medical billing company, is hiring a Payment Posting Specialist to post insurance and patient payments into EMR/PM systems (e.g., eCW, Intergy, Kareo, Nextgen). We're looking for someone detail-oriented, Excel-proficient, and experienced with EOBs and ERAs.
Responsibilities:
- Post manual & electronic payments accurately
- Review EOBs and ERAs
- Balance daily figures & document outstanding balances
- Assist with adjustments, transfers, and refunds
- Meet monthly performance goals
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills & billing software experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear written/verbal communication
