  • Creating training programs, operating procedures, and performance management systems.

  • Familiarity with Momence, Mindbody, CRM platforms, or similar technology.

  • Experience implementing process improvements and leading organizational change.

The Kind of Leader Who Will Thrive Here

You're someone who:

  • Takes ownership. You don't wait to be told what needs improvement. You identify opportunities and take action.

  • Develops people. You understand that great leadership isn't about having all the answers; it's about helping others perform at their best.

  • Thinks commercially. You understand that exceptional service must also support a financially healthy business.

  • Challenges the status quo. "That's how we've always done it" isn't a compelling reason to keep doing something.

  • Leads with integrity. You can grow revenue without sacrificing trust or putting unnecessary pressure on clients.

  • Embraces accountability. You're comfortable measuring results, learning from setbacks, and having difficult conversations.

  • Sees the bigger picture. You can move between strategic priorities and day-to-day details without losing sight of either.

Above all, you're motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningfulnot just manage something that already exists.

How We'll Define Success

We believe strong leadership should produce measurable improvements, not simply keep everyone busy.

You'll be successful when:

  • Employees are engaged, supported, accountable, and growing professionally.

  • Clients consistently receive outstanding care and choose to return.

  • Booking utilization, retention, referrals, and membership performance improve.

  • Operations become more efficient, consistent, and scalable.

  • Revenue and profitability grow without compromising our standards.

  • The business operates with greater clarity, consistency, and less dependence on ownership for everyday decisions.

Our culture is grounded in four principles: Consistency, Compassion, Competence, and Community.

We expect our General Manager to bring those principles to life every day.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based growth opportunities.

  • The opportunity to work directly with ownership and influence business strategy.

  • Meaningful autonomy and opportunities for professional development.

  • A collaborative environment that values fresh ideas, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • The chance to lead a team dedicated to improving people's well-being.

  • An organization that values doing the right thing just as much as achieving results.
