Automotive Sales Representative
Quality Subaru | Wallingford, CT | Full Time, On Site | Hourly + Bonus or Commission (your choice) | $60,000+ per year earning potential
No car sales experience needed. If you've worked in retail, a restaurant, a wireless store, or hospitality, you already know how to read people and take care of them. That's the hard part, and we'll teach you the cars. One of our top salespeople came to us from behind a coffee counter.
You also choose how you're paid: hourly pay plus bonuses, or commission. If you're new to sales, the hourly plan gives you a steady paycheck while you learn.

What you'll do
• Greet walk-in customers, find out what they need, and recommend the right vehicle
• Run vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Respond to online leads and follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Work with the finance team to complete each deal
• Prep and deliver vehicles, including setting up phone pairing and key features before the customer leaves
• Stay in touch after the sale to earn repeat business and referrals
Requirements
• Customer-facing experience in retail, food service, hospitality, wireless, or a similar field
• Clear communication in person, on the phone, and by text
• Comfortable with smartphones, email, and basic computer systems
• Available to work some evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Nice to have
• Car sales experience (welcome, not required)
