Job Description
An IT Project/Program Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects to ensure they meet customer requirements, schedules, budgets, and performance goals. Responsibilities include managing technical teams, resources, equipment, risks, and project status while supporting IT infrastructure, desktop technologies, network systems, and voice/video services. The role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining mission-critical operations. Experience in project management, Working Capital Fund (WCF) environments, and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
