As a Barista & Kitchen Team Member, you'll wear many hats to keep our caf running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing a variety of beverages, including boba, slushes, coffee, chai, and more.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Assisting with food preparation and maintaining an organized kitchen.
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and stocked throughout your shift.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

We’re seeking candidates who bring a blend of experience, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in a caf, boba shop, or similar food-service setting.
• Dependable and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask effectively.
