Pickleball Trainer (PT)

The Pickleball Trainer coaches youth players, adult beginners, and intermediate players through small-group clinics and team training. This role focuses on fundamental skill development by assessing players, delivering clear instruction, demonstrating drills, correcting technique, and evaluating progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess player abilities and identify development needs.
• Provide pickleball skill instruction to youth, adult beginners, and intermediate players.
• Demonstrate drills and lead small-group clinics and team training sessions.
• Correct player technique and reinforce sound fundamentals.
• Track and evaluate player progress toward fundamental skill development.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of pickleball instruction experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of pickleball technique, lesson planning, sports coaching, player assessment, match strategy, and injury prevention.
• Strong communication and motivational coaching skills.
• Experience with group instruction.
