The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with HR systems, and helping staff and visitors with day-to-day needs in an organized office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized employee documentation by filing records, assembling personnel folders, and preparing materials for new hires.

• Support onboarding activities by arranging packets, setting up materials, and assisting with office flow during orientation days.

• Enter and update employee information in HR platforms.

• Respond to routine administrative requests, including helping staff with password resets and locating employment-related records.

• Welcome visitors, manage front-office traffic, and provide general assistance to individuals arriving at the HR department.

• Process outgoing and incoming correspondence by routing mail, preparing paycheck mailings, and handling document copies as needed.

• Coordinate office supply needs by ordering, restocking, and monitoring essential items such as copier paper and onboarding materials.

• Assist with benefits-related administrative tasks, employment verifications, and preparation of related HR documents.

• Retrieve information from employee files and HR systems to support routine requests, audits, and internal follow-up.

• Help schedule or coordinate pre-employment or employee-related appointments when needed.

• At least 2 years of experience in human resources administration or a closely related administrative support role.

• Prior experience handling confidential employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and discretion.

• Comfortable performing data entry and record maintenance within HR systems.

• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office setting with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for assisting employees, visitors, and internal departments professionally.

• Experience supporting onboarding processes, employment verifications, benefits administration, or related HR functions.

• Proficiency with general office tasks such as filing, copying, mail handling, and supply coordination.
