Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will run production jobs on state-of-the-art CNC mills and lathes (Haas, DN Solutions), load billets and raw stock, perform basic part deburring and finishing, and check parts against engineering prints using precision inspection tools. If you have basic manufacturing or trade school experience and want to expand your skills on high-end machinery alongside experienced machinists, this is the ideal environment to build your machining career.
Schedule & Benefits
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday (standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with early start flexibility; actively exploring a transition to a 4x10 schedule).

Compensation:20 - $24 hourly
- Safely load raw materials (billet aluminum, stainless, chromoly) into CNC mills and lathes and execute production run cycles.
- Monitor machine runs and cutter performance, recognizing tool wear or chip build-up and alerting lead machinists when adjustments are needed.
- Inspect in-process and finished components using calipers, micrometers, and height gages to ensure dimensions match engineering blueprints.
- Perform post-machining finishing operations including deburring, grinding, vibratory finishing, and edge-breaking to exact cosmetic and dimensional standards.
- Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic shop equipment for light assembly, sub-assembly, or raw material staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through daily chip management, coolant monitoring, and basic machine preventive maintenance.
- Experience: 1+ years in a CNC machine shop, metal fabrication shop, or completion of a vocational/trade machining training program.
- Measurement & Print Reading: Familiarity reading basic blueprints and using precision hand metrology tools (calipers, micrometers).
- Equipment Comfort: Basic familiarity with CNC machinery (Haas, Fanuc, or Doosan controls are a plus) and general shop tools (saws, grinders, deburring tools).
- Mechanical Aptitude: Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn setup and machining best practices from experienced leads.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move on the shop floor for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Background / Interest: An interest in cars, racing, or precision manufacturing is a big plus!
