Clinical Manager - Home Health (RN)

We are seeking an experiencedClinical Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership, oversee day-to-day clinical operations, and support our field clinicians in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has a strong background in home health, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing clinical teams.

• Oversee daily clinical operations and provide support to field clinicians.

• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapy staff, as assigned.

• Monitor patient care, clinical documentation, physician orders, and compliance with agency policies.

• Support staffing, scheduling, and resolution of clinical escalations.

• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state and federal regulations, and agency standards.

• Assist with audits, quality improvement initiatives, and survey readiness.

• Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, Intake, therapy, and agency leadership to coordinate patient care.

• Support onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing development of clinical staff.

• Promote accountability, teamwork, patient safety, and quality outcomes.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

• Current, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

• At least 2 years of home health experience.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, Conditions of Participation, and documentation requirements.

• Current CPR certification.

• Electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

• Ability to meet all required background screening and employment compliance requirements.
